SEALING AND CUSHIONING DEVICE FOR LARGE ROTARY CYLINDERBODY TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sealing and cushioning device for a cylinder body, and in particular, to a sealing and cushioning device for a large rotary cylinder body. BACKGROUND Most of the existing large rotary cylinder body equipment with sealing requirements cannot solve the sealing problem well, and there is a small part of the existing large rotary cylinder body equipment that can solve the sealing problem to a certain degree, but cannot solve the cushioning problem well in the rotating process of the cylinder body. If the cushioning problem cannot be solved effectively, sealing pieces will be damaged by too large extrusion force between the sealing pieces in the use process, and the sealing problem will occur again. It is necessary to change the sealing piece once the sealing piece is damaged, so that the maintenance cost of the equipment is increased and the working efficiency is reduced. Therefore, how to simultaneously ensure the sealing effect and the cushioning effect of the large rotary cylinder body equipment in the rotating process is the research direction of this industry. To achieve the above objective, the invention adopts the following technical solution: a sealing and cushioning device for a large rotary cylinder body includes two cylinder body sealing assemblies and two sealing, cushioning and pressure- resistant mechanisms, wherein the two cylinder body sealing assemblies are symmetrically fixed at two ends of the rotary cylinder body, and the two sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanisms are slidably sealed with the two cylinder body sealing assemblies respectively; each cylinder body sealing assembly includes a cylinder body end plate, a sealing outer cylinder, a sealing inner cylinder and a first sealing fixed ring, the cylinder body end plate is fixed on an end part of the rotary cylinder body, a round through hole is formed in a middle part of the cylinder body end plate, one end of the sealing outer cylinder passes through the round through hole to extend into the rotary cylinder body, the sealing outer cylinder is fixedly connected to the cylinder body end plate, a length of the sealing inner cylinder is as same as that of the sealing outer cylinder, an outer diameter of the sealing inner cylinder is slightly less than an inner diameter of the sealing outer cylinder, the sealing inner cylinder is placed in the sealing outer cylinder, a length of the first sealing fixed ring is less than that of the sealing inner cylinder, an outer diameter of the first sealing fixed ring is slightly less than an inner diameter of the sealing inner cylinder, the first sealing fixed ring is placed at one end, located at the sealing outer cylinder, of the sealing inner cylinder, and the sealing outer cylinder, the sealing inner cylinder and the first sealing fixed ring are fixed through bolts; and each sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanism includes an end plate, sealing arc plates, a sealing supporting ring, a second sealing fixed ring, a sealing bottom plate, a sealing sliding plate and cushioning devices, one side surface of the sealing sliding plate is in contact with one side surface of the end plate, the other side surface of the sealing sliding plate is in contact with one side surface of the sealing bottom plate, and the end plate, the sealing sliding plate and the sealing bottom plate are pressed by a locking pressing plate and a positioning pin; the sealing sliding plate and the sealing bottom plate have the same ring shape, and the end plate is provided with a material opening; there are four sealing arc plates, a sealing cylinder is surrounded by the four sealing arc plates, one end of the sealing cylinder is fixedly connected to the other side surface of the sealing bottom plate, an inner diameter of the sealing cylinder is as same as an inner diameter of the sealing bottom plate, a length of the sealing supporting ring is as same as that of the sealing cylinder, an outer diameter of the sealing supporting ring is slightly less than an inner diameter of the sealing cylinder, and the sealing supporting ring is fixed in the sealing cylinder; a length of the second sealing fixed ring is less than a length of the sealing cylinder, an outer diameter of the sealing cylinder is slightly less than an inner diameter of the second sealing fixed ring, the second sealing fixed ring sleeves the sealing cylinder, and the second sealing fixed ring is fixedly connected to the sealing bottom plate and the sealing cylinder respectively; the outer diameter of the sealing cylinder is slightly less than the inner diameter of the sealing inner cylinder, the other end of the sealing cylinder extends into the sealing inner cylinder, and an outer surface of the sealing cylinder is slidably sealed with an inner surface of the sealing inner cylinder; there are a plurality of cushioning devices, each cushioning device consists of a big nitrogen spring fixing frame, a small nitrogen spring fixing frame and a nitrogen spring, the big nitrogen spring fixing frame is fixed on one side surface of the end plate, the small nitrogen spring fixing frame is fixed on the other side surface of the sealing bottom plate, and two ends of the nitrogen spring are connected to the big nitrogen spring fixing frame and the small nitrogen spring fixing frame respectively. Further, a material of each of the sealing inner cylinder, the sealing arc plate and the sealing sliding plate is polytetrafluoroethylene. The polytetrafiuoroethylene is soft in texture, has high sealing property after being in contact with other paris, and also has the advantage of corrosion resistance. Further, there are six cushioning devices. Compared with the prior art, the present invention adopts a mode of combining two cylinder body sealing assemblies and two sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanisms, the two cylinder body sealing assemblies are symmetrically fixed at two ends of the rotary cylinder, and the two sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanisms are slidably sealed with the two cylinder body sealing assemblies respectively; and in the rotating work process of the rotary cylinder body, the sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanism can achieve a good sealing effect on the rotary cylinder body, and vibration generated in the rotating process is absorbed by a nitrogen spring in the cushioning device, so that the mutual extrusion friction between the sealing inner cylinder and the sealing cylinder is reduced, the service life of the sealing inner cylinder and the sealing cylinder is reduced, the maintenance times are reduced, and the working efficiency is finally improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be further described hereafter. As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 8, the present invention includes two cylinder body sealing assemblies and two sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanisms, wherein the two cylinder body sealing assemblies are symmetrically fixed at two ends of the rotary cylinder body, and the two sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanisms are slidably sealed with the two cylinder body sealing assemblies respectively; each cylinder body sealing assembly includes a cylinder body end plate 2, a sealing outer cylinder 3, a sealing inner cylinder 4 and a first sealing fixed ring 5, the cylinder body end plate 2 is fixed on an end part of the rotary cylinder body 1, a round through hole is formed in a middle part of the cylinder body end plate 2, one end of the sealing outer cylinder 3 passes through the round through hole to extend into the rotary cylinder body 1, the sealing outer cylinder 3 is fixedly connected to the cylinder body end plate 2, a length of the sealing inner cylinder 4 is as same as that of the sealing outer cylinder 3, an outer diameter of the sealing inner cylinder 4 is slightly less than an inner diameter of the sealing outer cylinder 3, the sealing inner cylinder 4 is placed in the sealing outer cylinder 3, a length of the first sealing fixed ring 5 is less than that of the sealing inner cylinder 4, an outer diameter of the first sealing fixed ring 5 is slightly less than an inner diameter of the sealing inner cylinder 4, the first sealing fixed ring 5 is placed at one end, located at the sealing outer cylinder 3, of the sealing inner cylinder 4, and the sealing outer cylinder 3, the sealing inner cylinder 4 and the first sealing fixed ring 5 are fixed through bolts; and each sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanism includes an end plate 13, sealing arc plates 6, a sealing supporting ring 7, a second sealing fixed ring 8, a sealing bottom plate 9, a sealing sliding plate 10 and cushioning devices, one side surface of the sealing sliding plate 10 is in contact with one side 5 surface of the end plate 13, the other side surface of the sealing sliding plate 10 is in contact with one side surface of the sealing bottom plate 9, and the end plate 13, the sealing sliding plate 10 and the sealing bottom plate 9 are pressed by a locking pressing plate 11 and a positioning pin 12; the sealing sliding plate 10 and the sealing bottom plate 9 have the same ring shape, and the end plate 13 is provided with a material opening; there are four sealing arc plates 6, a sealing cylinder is surrounded by the four sealing arc plates 6, one end of the sealing cylinder is fixedly connected to the other side surface of the sealing bottom plate 9, an inner diameter of the sealing cylinder is as same as an inner diameter of the sealing bottom plate 9, a length of the sealing supporting ring 7 is as same as that of the sealing cylinder, an outer diameter of the sealing supporting ring 7 is slightly less than an inner diameter of the sealing cylinder, and the sealing supporting ring 7 is fixed in the sealing cylinder; a length of the second sealing fixed ring 8 is less than a length of the sealing cylinder, an outer diameter of the sealing cylinder is slightly less than an inner diameter of the second sealing fixed ring 8, the second sealing fixed ring 8 sleeves the sealing cylinder, and the second sealing fixed ring 8 is fixedly connected to the sealing bottom plate 9 and the sealing cylinder respectively; the outer diameter of the sealing cylinder is slightly less than the inner diameter of the sealing inner cylinder 4, the other end of the sealing cylinder extends into the sealing inner cylinder 4, and an outer surface of the sealing cylinder is slidably sealed with an inner surface of the sealing inner cylinder 4; there are a plurality of cushioning devices, each cushioning device consists of a big nitrogen spring fixing frame 14, a small nitrogen spring fixing frame 15 and a nitrogen spring 16, the big nitrogen spring fixing frame 14 is fixed on one side surface of the end plate 13, the small nitrogen spring fixing frame 15 is fixed on the other side surface of the sealing bottom plate 9, and two ends of the nitrogen spring 16 are connected to the big nitrogen spring fixing frame 14 and the small nitrogen spring fixing frame 15 respectively. A material of each of the sealing inner cylinder 4, the sealing arc plate 6 and the sealing sliding plate 10 is polytetrafluoroethylene. During use, the sealing cylinders of the two sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanisms are respectively extended into the sealing inner cylinders 4 of the two cylinder body sealing assemblies firstly and outer surfaces of the sealing cylinders are slidably sealed with inner surfaces of the sealing inner cylinders 4, then the end plates 13 of the two sealing, cushioning and pressure- resistant mechanisms are fixedly connected to an outer bracket respectively, the material openings of the end plates 13 of the two sealing, cushioning and pressure- resistant mechanisms are respectively set as a feeding port and a discharging port, raw materials pass through the sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanisms and the cylinder body sealing assemblies through the feeding port and enter the rotary cylinder body 1, the feeding port and the discharging port are sealed by sealing covers, the rotary cylinder body 1 is started at this time to rotate to process the raw materials inside, the two cylinder body sealing assemblies rotate along with the rotary cylinder body 1, and since the two sealing, cushioning and pressure-resistant mechanisms do not rotate the outer surfaces of the sealing cylinders and the inner surfaces of the sealing inner cylinders 4 rotate relatively to form slidable sealing, thus ensuring the sealing effect during rotation of the rotary cylinder body 1; in addition, due to processing precision and mounting precision of the cylinder body sealing assemblies, radial vibration will occur in the rotating process of the rotary cylinder body 1, resulting in mutual extrusion friction between the sealing inner cylinders 4 and the sealing cylinders in the slidable sealing state, the sealing cylinders transmit the generated vibration to the sealing bottom plate 9, the nitrogen springs 16 the plurality of cushioning devices will effectively absorb the vibration transmitted to the sealing bottom plate 9 from different directions, thus reducing the mutual extrusion friction between the sealing inner cylinders 4 and the sealing cylinders, effectively prolonging the service life of the sealing inner cylinders 4 and the sealing cylinders and ensuring the stable effect. After the rotary cylinder body 1 completes the rotating treatment of the raw materials, the sealing cover at the discharging port is opened to discharge the raw materials out of the rotary cylinder body 1.

Claims (3) [1] A large rotating cylinder body sealing and damping device comprising two cylinder body sealing assemblies and two sealing, damping and pressure resistant mechanisms, the two cylinder body sealing assemblies being symmetrically attached to two ends of the rotating cylinder body, and the two sealing, damping and pressure resistant mechanisms are slidably connected to the two respective cylinder body sealing assemblies; each cylinder body sealing assembly includes a cylinder body end plate, an outer sealing cylinder, an inner sealing cylinder, and a first sealing fixed ring, the cylinder body end plate being mounted on an end portion of the rotating cylinder body, a round through hole formed in a middle part of the cylinder body end plate, one end of the outer sealing cylinder protrudes through the round through-hole to extend inside the rotating cylinder body, the outer sealing cylinder is fixed to the cylinder body end plate, a length of the inner sealing cylinder is equal at the length of the outer sealing cylinder, an outer diameter of the inner sealing cylinder is slightly smaller than an inner diameter of the outer sealing cylinder, the inner sealing cylinder is placed inside the outer sealing cylinder, a length of the first sealing, fixed ring is less than one length of the inner sealing cylinder, an outer diameter of the first sealing fixed ring is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the inner sealing cylinder, the first sealing fixed ring is located at one end of the inner sealing cylinder and near the outer sealing cylinder, wherein the outer sealing cylinder, the sealing inner cylinder and the first sealing fixed ring are attached by bolts; and each sealing, damping and pressure resistant mechanism includes an end plate, sealing arc plates, a sealing support ring, a second sealing fixed ring, a sealing bottom plate, a sealing slide plate and damping devices, wherein a side surface of the sealing slide plate is in contact with a side surface of the the end plate, another side surface of the closing slide plate is in contact with a side surface of the closing bottom plate, and the end plate, the closing slide plate and the closing bottom plate are pressed by a locking pressure plate and a positioning pin, the closing slide plate and the closing bottom plate have the same annular shape, and the end plate is provided with a material opening; four closing arc plates are provided, one closing cylinder is surrounded by the four closing arc plates, one end of closing cylinder is fixedly attached to the other side surface of the closing bottom plate, an inner diameter of the closing cylinder is equal to an inner diameter of the closing bottom plate, a length of the sealing support ring is equal to the length of the sealing cylinder, an outer diameter of the sealing cylinder is slightly smaller than an inner diameter of the second sealing fixed ring, the second sealing fixed ring surrounds the sealing cylinder, and the second sealing fixed ring is fixedly attached to the sealing bottom plate and the sealing cylinder, respectively; the outer diameter of the sealing cylinder is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the sealing inner cylinder, the other end of the sealing cylinder extends into the sealing inner cylinder, and an outer surface of the sealing cylinder is slidably connected to an inner surface of the sealing cylinder inner cylinder; a plurality of damping devices are provided, each damping device consisting of a large nitrogen spring fixation frame, a small nitrogen spring fixation frame and a nitrogen spring, the large nitrogen spring fixation frame being attached to a side surface of the end plate, the small nitrogen spring fixation frame being fixed on the other side surface of the end plate, and two ends of the nitrogen spring are connected to the large nitrogen spring fixation frame and the small nitrogen spring fixation frame, respectively.
